Chart Audit Workflow

Every chart page follows the same editorial process before it is treated as a useful maintained asset.

Required checks

  1. Inventory the expected behaviors, phases, and signals from code and narrative docs.

  2. Map each expected signal to an existing panel or query.

  3. Record the missing coverage explicitly.

  4. Link the dashboard or provisioned JSON directly.

  5. Keep the page factual: if there are gaps, list them plainly.
